I can understand, Gary. Traumatic events seem to turn us against certain songs we hear around thee time of the bad event. There are songs that I hate now because of TEs. But I have more songs I love- songs that were out when I was pregnant with and birthed my children, songs that were out when I was a small child living on the Army base, ect.
So true
Very true, psychological association. ♥️
Ahhh, yes!
Spot on
Thank you, Sheree!

Yes. Music is incredibly powerful. It can really tug at your emotions.
Yes it can! And take you back in time! 🙂
Yes. Probably why my blog name is taken from a song lyric.

Happens all the time
It sure does! It takes us to places of the past and reminds us of events in our lives.
There are songs, I would avoid because of the memories. The what was, and the used to be’s. Reliving all of those of those feeling.

I agree, I don’t hate the songs. It takes time to repurpose them usually, and I can listen to them with out as much feeling.
That’s so true.
Perfect.
Thank you so much, Jude! <3
