Do I have a perfect life? Of course not. But I know without a shadow of a doubt that I’ve been blessed in so many ways- more than I can count.
I have so much to be thankful for:
1.A wonderful family I cherish and a small circle of friends I adore.
2. A wonderful husband who loves, takes care of me, and who I love and take care of back.
3. I still have my health.
4. God allowed me to see another beautiful day.
5. We’ve been super-blessed during this pandemic.
6. My husband, children, and family are healthy.
7. I have a roof over my head, clothes on my back, and food to eat.
8. I’ve gotten to travel and see many awesome places.
9. I’ve gotten the chance to write and publish four books.
10. I’ve overcome bullying.
11. I have a sound mind.
12. I’ve lived to be 50 years old. Sadly, many people don’t make it this far.
There are so many more blessings I’m thankful for that I couldn’t possibly name them all. What are you thankful for today?
I am thankful you wrote this for it made me feel better! 💙
It was my pleasure, Niharika. <3
I am thankful for family – today I’m expecting a visit from son#2 and spoke with my sister last night (almost today as we did talk late into the night/morning)!
Family is forever, sweetie. Here’s hoping you have a wonderful visit with your son. And the relationship between sisters is so special! <3
This is truly empowering Cherie. One year I kept a gratitude journal and wrote down something I was grateful for on that day. Each day had to have something different. It made me stop and pay attention to the blessed gifts God gave me that I couldn’t purchase with money. That was a humbling experience, but for now, to answer your question, the gift of life is where I began to give thanks before I got out of bed this morning. Beautiful post! 🙏🏼🤗🕊
Thank you so much, Kym. I try to count my blessings every time I think to do so, although I fall short sometimes, I take nothing for granted or at least I try not to. 🙂 <3
I concur Cherie. Sometimes we forget without trying to, but we are gently reminded, because the little things capture our attention to refocus. Hugs and smooches! 🤗😘🥰 Have a FANtabulous day as always my dear! 🥳
And you too, Kym. Blessings to you, sweetie! <3
🤗🥰😘

I love your attitude, Anshika. That’s exactly how we should be. I do fall short at times but I make sure to be thankful every time I think of the wonderful blessings I’ve received in my life. Thank you for your lovely comment. <3
Cherie, I am thankful for the same things you are, except swap husband for wife and I’ve only published two books. I’m also happy that I have a healthy newborn granddaughter.
There ya go, Michael! I’m so glad that you have such a meaningful life now. After what your bullies back in your hometown did to you, you deserve it, and more blessings to come!
Thank you Cherie 🙂
