I’ll be happy when I turn 13, 16, 18, 21…
I’ll be happy when I graduate high school or college.
I’ll be happy when I find a date.
I’ll be happy when I get married.
I’ll be happy when I have kids.
I’ll be happy when I have grandkids.
I’ll be happy when I retire.
Too many of us are too busy living in the future to enjoy the present. Slow down and live in the moment. Savor every day and know that it’s a gift. Enjoy the ride because time is a thief and life’s too short. Instead of wishing your life away, stop. Smell the roses and dance in the rain. Enjoy the time you’re given because you never know when your last day may be.
Live. Don’t just exist. Living means savoring every moment!
Excellent Sunday morning advice, Cherie
Thank you, Michael. 🙂
that’s really true! we shouldn’t connect our happiness with different things or people, we should be happy just for living our lives♥️ great post?
