  1. Nice one… self love means indipendance because you don’t need to be told how beautiful or handsome you are, you just know it and that makes you feel good, remember when you feel good, you do good 💯

  2. I followed this blog…thanks..I have been working hard on self love in order to save my life and maybe be able to love another person someday

  4. I agree and disagree I feel like I’m at a point in my life where I desire a life partner. You know someone who shares all aspects of life with me and I can be with them for the long haul. I do also believe that I need to be my own person as well. Nothing should stand in the way of me making my own mark. So this post is true in all aspects. Thanks you

  5. Self love is so important. Sometimes our worst critics are ourselves. I think there are several things here and I am going to repeat a few I have said on some of your blog posts or things you have talked about that I have read. First, I think we all need to realize is everyone has critics. Go on Social Media and read about say a supermodel. There will be a few keyboard cowboys that will still attack their looks, make up things about them, etc. Some people hate those that stand up for themselves, they hate intelligence, they can’t stand it when someone has a different political view than them and people of faith get attacked a lot as well. Some people also are racist, sexist, ageist, hate different religions, etc. In other words, there are always a group of people that hate you. Your focus has to be on yourself and those that care about you and love you. Two, don’t let society influence you. You have to be you. Your hobbies are your hobbies, enjoy them. It doesn’t matter if others get it or if it is their thing or not. Three, I call this the bathing suit mindset. Look age is a part of life. Most of us put on a few pounds when we get older etc. Have that mindset that I am going to buy a good flattering one piece or two piece and I am going to rock it because I want to feel good about myself and I am going to look great in it (this concept applies to a new dress, skirt, shorts, men wearing suits, etc). Be your best and know maybe not everyone gets you but those worth knowing do. Lastly, part of self love is standing up for yourself and fighting the battles that have to be fought against enemies and part of self-love is trying to relate to others that are being attacked to and not being afraid to intervene, encourage and help them as well.

  6. I love you’re ideas for be independent and believe in yourself. I am currently pregnant and really need these motivations too 🙂 will be great if you check out my blog
